Shipping
We offer a wide variety of products from manufacturers and distributors all over the world, and keep as much of it as possible in our store so that we can fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, sometimes we experience delays, glitches, or other issues that means we can only partially fulfill your order.
For orders under 5lbs we will ship to APO, Hawaii, and Alaska with our normal shipping procedures. Unfortunately, for orders over 5lbs we will need to reach out to you directly with a quote for shipping.
Our shipping rates are simple - $10 for orders under $100 and free for all other orders. We want to get you the hobby and painting products you need. At a minimum, we ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays) so as soon as we have your product in stock we'll send it out to you.
Store Return and Cancellation Policy
How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
Please contact us at support@herrickgames.com with your Order Number and the reason for the cancellation or return.
1. The 24-Hour Full Refund Window
We offer a full refund to your original payment method for any cancellation request or return initiated within 24 hours of placing your order.

For Cancellations: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations After 24 Hours (Before Delivery)
If you need to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour window but before the item has left our store, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price.

This credit will be applied directly to your customer account for future purchases.
3. The 30-Day Store Credit Window
For any physical product returns initiated up to 30 days after the delivery date, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) if they are new, unopened, undamaged, and able to be resold. In addition, the customer will be responsible for returning them to Herrick Games and Hobbies and we are not responsible for loss or damage of packages in transit.

The store credit will be applied directly to your customer account and will be available for use on your next purchase(s) at checkout.

The store credit amount will be for the cost of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping charges.
4. Packages Returned Due to Customer Error
If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to an issue on the customer's side (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address provided, failure to pick up the package, refusal of delivery), you have two options:

Reshipment: You may pay an additional shipping cost to have the package resent to the correct address.

Store Credit: If you choose not to pay for reshipment, we can process the package as a return and issue store credit for the purchase price, minus the cost of the original shipping.
5. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for any return (refund or store credit), your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

Tags must be attached (if applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears used or damaged by the customer.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
The cost and responsibility for return shipping for standard 30-day returns depend on the reason:

Important: If you are responsible for return shipping, please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
