Dropfleet Commander: Shaltari: Fireships

When a Shaltari warrior is officially shamed for his conduct in war, he has few routes to redemption — one is to pilot a Shaltari Fireship. Though such craft could easily be automated by such an advanced race, the Shaltari deliberately treat them as a combat ritual and the ultimate proof of bravery. The pilot flies the fuel-packed craft straight into the enemy, ejects at the last possible moment, then watches it latch onto the target and burn its entire payload forward in an incandescent cutting beam before melting to slag. Many don't return; those who do are welcomed back with honour restored. Contains 5 bases of 3 Fireships each, on 20mm x 20mm bases. Miniatures are supplied unpainted and unassembled.
