He leads Kharadron Overlords armies into battle by example, charging into the fray wielding a huge skalfhammer and volley pistol. His ornate armour is covered in pipes, valves and gadgets ' years of service have meant many augmentations to make combat and leadership easier. They have a variety of weapons available: each wields a privateer pistol and Arkanaut cutters, and up to 3 models can optionally take one each of a skypike, multi-barrelled aethermatic volley gun or light skyhook. Their Captain can take either a volley pistol or aetherflare pistol, and has the option to brandish an anchor!The Company themselves are the main fighting troops of a Kharadron Overlords army, and thus haven't yet accrued enough aether-gold to make their armour as ornate as that of their superiors. This multipart plastic kit builds a Grundstok Gunhauler, a compact but powerful Kharadron attack vessel. The Gunhauler is armed with an aethershot carbine, two bomb racks loaded with a variety of explosives, and a choice of bow-mounted gun – a sky cannon or a drill cannon, each with an appropriate stack of munitions. It is crewed by two duardin from the Grundcorps – a pilot operating a rack of arcane instruments, and a gunner sat behind the ship's primary weapon.The vessel features industrial details befitting a Kharadron shipyard, from its rivet-lined hull to the buoyancy endrin that lifts it skyward. Ailerons and rudders steer through the air, a host of pipes, valves, and propellers provide power, and sculpted duardin faceplates glare down at the realms below. There’s even an anchor swaying from the side.This kit comprises 50 plastic components, and comes with a Citadel 105x70mm Oval Base and a 50mm ball and socket flying stem. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble an Arkanaut Ironclad. Befitting its status as the flagship of a Kharadron skyfleet, this model is of an impressive size, and is absolutely covered in weaponry. For a main gun, you have a choice of great sky cannon, great skyhook, and aethermatic volley gun, with aethershot carbines, a supremacy mine, aethershock torpedoes, detonation drills, fragmentation charges and grudgesettler bombs attached to the hull.The ship itself is held aloft by a massive dirigible covered in detailed pipework and fittings, and features a huge array of customisable features ' the crow's nest can feature either a navigator or signaller Kharadron with their own telescope and light box, and there's a ton of rigging, bomb racks, ladders and various ship's paraphernalia to place wherever you'd like. It's covered in aerofoils which can be modelled to show the direction of travel, and a complex-looking system of cogs driving the rudder. There's even a plank which those foolish enough to be captured will be forced to walk'The crew of the Ironclad are every bit as detailed as the vessel they man, with a captain standing at the ship's wheel; an endrinrigger with various tools hanging off the side, fixing an important leak; a gunner to stand at the main weapon and the aforementioned signaller and navigator.This kit comprises 152 components, and is supplied with a Citadel: 170 x 109 mm oval base and 50mm ball and socket flying stem.
